Single Room Reservation Your card will be charged three days before arrival for the full amount due. Cancellations within 3 full days of your stay are subject to the full charges unless the room/s can be rebooked for the same period. If we are successful in rebooking, the amount paid will be refunded in full less a $20 processing fee. Example: If your reservation is for Friday, you would need to cancel by 8pm Tuesday to not be charged for the stay by calling or texting one of your hosts below. Group Reservations for Main House Rooms Your card will be charged upon booking for the full amount due. We understand that life happens. If someone in your group is unable to come, we will make the room available to book online. If we are successful in rebooking, the amount paid for that room/s will be refunded in full less a $20 processing fee per room.
PRIVACY POLICY For the privacy of our guests and owners, only guests listed on the reservation will be allowed inside the Main House. Friends, family and service providers are not allowed. Any services such as for hair or makeup will need to take place at an alternate location.
SMOKING & CANDLES For the comfort and safety of all Chaska House guests, candles are not permitted and smoking is allowed outside only on the first floor porches and grounds of the main house. The Cottages are entirely non-smoking.
CHILDREN We cannot accommodate children under 8 years old in the Main House. Our cottages are perfect for families with children of any age.
